According to CAR and DRIVER Volkswagen has decided to ditch the “Rabbit” nameplate when the six-generation version of the hatchback arrives later this year. That’s right - the 2009 Volkswagen Golf will keep its original, worldwide successful name when it hits U.S. shores.
