A senior missing from Anacortes, Wa., was returned to his family last week, after U.S. border officials identified the man as he attempted to re-enter the country at the Pacific Highway border.
The 82-year-old was identified March 19 after a red 1971 Volkswagen bug was seen driven in an erratic manner. The driver, who appeared confused, was taken into temporary protective custody.
