bug door hinge pin removal

looking for an easy way to remove the passenger door hinge pin to add
a right side mirror. I don't want to buy the "TOOL"....

Air hammer to get it started then a hammer and drift to get it out.

Start oiling that bad boy up ...

Maybe someone has one of those homemade "TOOLS"
