i guess because it is local it is $323 more. I think id go with the mail order i doubt the shipping will be $323

im with ya on that ethan, Meredith has his dad pricing a cylinder kit for me. i just need cylinders, pistons and heads

Depending on what your wanting to build, I have stock heads ready to go and can get a good deal on pistons.

Mark, im just doing a stock rebuild on the top end. Not going build a big spiffy motor just yet.

the kit adam listed is priced without crank, cam and cam gear. those are optional items which add to the price. where as the scat kit listed has everything. still probably $100 or so higher, but you might argue it is scat stuff as opposed to their random cheapest parts put together. it could go wither way.
